Terms of service

1. Service provider and ordering

Impulso RD is the trading name used on this website. The person responsible for the website and service is Guanelfi Araujo. Business and contact email: contacto@impulsord.com.

Services are arranged through direct conversation. Requesting information or completing the form does not automatically order a service or incur a charge. Before work begins, the scope, price, payment method, timelines and specific project terms will be confirmed in writing.

2. Starter Web Plan

The offer starts from US$80 for the first full year (12 months). This price covers the complete initial period, not a monthly fee. The start and end dates will be confirmed when you order.

The plan includes the initial creation and publication of a professional one-page website with up to 6 content sections and responsive design for phones, tablets and computers. Sections may include Home, About, Services, Benefits, Gallery or Introduction, and Contact.

It also includes a standard .com domain for the first year subject to availability, 12 months of hosting, an SSL certificate, WhatsApp integration, contact buttons and a contact form, initial technical setup, basic speed optimization and basic technical SEO.

Business email is set up when available within the resources and terms of your chosen service.

This website’s form prepares a visible inquiry. When you open WhatsApp (+1 559-548-2006) with that inquiry, your details are included in the link to display a prefilled message. You can review and edit it; the message is only sent when you press Send in WhatsApp. You can also copy the text manually. Any specific functionality needed for a client website’s form will be defined in the agreed scope.

3. Domain terms

The plan covers a standard .com domain for the first year, subject to availability. Premium domains and domains with unusually high registrar prices are not included and are quoted separately. Special extensions may cost extra.

A name that is already registered cannot be guaranteed, and requested domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed. If the chosen name is unavailable, the client must select another.

Specific domain registration, management and any future transfer terms will be agreed in writing when you order. Including the domain in the plan does not replace that agreement.

4. Client information and materials

The client must provide the information, text, images, contact details and other materials needed to build the website, and confirm that they have permission to use them. The Starter Web Plan is delivered in 24 hours from confirmation of the scope and receipt of all required information and materials. The delivery period does not begin while required information or materials are missing. Publication requires the client’s review and approval.

Before publication, the client will review their business information, contact details and page content to approve delivery.

5. Revisions and delivery

The plan includes one initial revision round before final delivery approval, within the agreed scope. Once the website has been approved and delivered, changes, maintenance and additional services are quoted separately.

This includes text changes, replacement photos, new services or sections, content management, redesigns and work to fix issues resulting from changes requested after delivery. Ongoing technical support is not included.

6. Additional services

Additional pages or sections, blogs, advanced catalogs, online stores, bookings, user accounts, backend development, admin dashboards, automation, integrations and custom features are quoted separately.

Android, iOS/iPhone and cross-platform apps, business systems and other custom development are separate services. Social media management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, advanced SEO and ongoing content creation are also ordered separately. Each additional service has its own quote, scope and delivery timeline. The Starter Web Plan’s 24-hour delivery period does not apply to apps, online stores or other additional development.

7. Scope of basic technical SEO

Basic technical SEO includes metadata, semantic structure, a sitemap, a robots file and technical performance best practices. Impulso RD does not guarantee a specific position on Google or other search engines.

Content strategy, advanced keyword research, link building, SEO campaigns and other advanced search optimization work are additional services.

8. End of the period and renewal

After the first 12 months, you may renew the service at the rates in effect at that time. Renewal is required to keep the service active after the initial 12-month period. The initial price does not establish a fixed renewal rate.

Before renewal, the price, period and services covered will be confirmed. Domain and hosting continuity depend on the agreed renewal and the provider’s terms. Maintenance, support and later changes are quoted separately.

If the client does not renew, hosting may become unavailable at the end of the contracted period and associated services may be suspended. Any later renewal depends on availability and the rates in effect at that time. This suspension condition does not establish automatic deletion of content.

9. Specific project terms

Confirmation of the scope and the start of the Starter Web Plan’s 24-hour delivery period, additional service timelines, payments, access, domain ownership and management, cancellations and any other specific conditions will be agreed in writing before the project begins. These terms do not limit rights the client may have under applicable rules.
