1. Responsible person and contact

Impulso RD is the trading name used on this website. The person responsible for the website and service is Guanelfi Araujo.

2. How the form works

The form lets you enter your name, business, phone number, email address, business type and message. Validation and message preparation take place in your browser.

The website does not email your form or store your answers in its own database. It prepares visible text in your browser. When you select “Open WhatsApp with my inquiry,” the information you entered is included in the URL sent to WhatsApp to display a prefilled message. You review it and decide whether to press Send; completing or preparing the form does not automatically send a message. The optional “Copy inquiry” button copies the text to your device’s clipboard only when you select it and your browser allows it.

Share only the information needed for your inquiry. Avoid including passwords, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information.

3. Information shared through WhatsApp

If you choose to send us a message, we use the information you provide to respond, prepare a quote and, if you order a service, coordinate its creation and delivery.

When you open or use WhatsApp, you interact with an external service. Service buttons open the contact +1 559-548-2006 with a predefined inquiry. The form link includes the information you entered to prefill your inquiry. Opening that link sends the text to WhatsApp, but the chat message is only sent when you confirm it there. WhatsApp’s processing of information is governed by its privacy policy and its own terms.

Messages you send and service documentation are retained in the channels used to handle your inquiry, follow up on your project and manage service-related obligations for as long as needed for those purposes.

You may request information about data you shared, ask for corrections or request deletion by writing to contacto@impulsord.com. Requests will be considered in light of information that needs to be retained for applicable obligations or an ongoing service.

4. Browsing, cookies and hosting

The website does not use first-party cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or visitor tracking scripts. It also does not save form information in cookies or its own persistent browser storage.

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may generate technical logs when serving the website, such as IP address, date, requested resource and browser information. These logs depend on hosting settings and Hostinger’s policies and may be used to operate and protect the service.

External links may take you to websites that use their own cookies or technologies. This policy describes the Impulso RD website, not how those platforms operate.
